It has been noticed that some employees are receiving fake calls requesting personal / bank details and OTP, on the pretext of providing access to the ESS portal. Employees are advised NOT to share any personal information, bank details or OTP with anyone over phone or email.

The ESS portal is designed for employees to access their salary slips, PF details, income tax projections and other personal financial data. As per TRAI guidelines, employees are required to provide one-time consent by creating a password for the portal.

Staff are warned not to share their login credentials, OTP or personal/bank details with anyone. Any such call or message should be reported immediately.
